Vehicle purchased
Bid accepted by Hertz/epyx
Record of sale is sent to the buyer
Hertz will send a VAT invoice
Buyer to pay Hertz directly using reg as reference
Hertz will send release note to the buyer (24 hours notice required for collection)
V5, spare key & book pack will be sent to the invoice address, once payment has been received.
Buyer collects the vehicle.
Any damage which isn’t on the condition report needs to be reported at the time of collection so a case can be raised.
